Bonjour Rachel we are so sorry for the problem you have had; After checking codes have been sent to the email address given by you we placing your order; We just want to point out that we can not received the codes if you put a wrong email address. Regrading the locker size it is the size of the locker it is the one given on our website : The size of the lockers is W.48cm x H.61cm x D.85cm. This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 small luggages international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20cm).

Verified reviewIt was useful, the location was close to the metro and our bags were safe for the whole day. The price is really good, as the locker can hold a lot of bags- in my case it was 1 carry on, 2 full backpacks, and 2 purses. The only thing I did not like is that they give you 2 codes, 1 for the door and 1 for your locker, but we noticed that the door was always open and the code was never needed, which made it feel kind of unsafe (this was in March 2024 in the Opèra location). In the end, nothing happened, our bags were safe and it was the best option to enjoying our last day in Paris without the pressure of bags! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
