The idea is good but leaving everything at the service of a computer is not so good. There is no staff to guide or assist you, much less someone to help you if you make a mistake. There is also no option to change the reservation date, after a mistake, horrible.

So easy to use! I was on my way to drop my case at Gare du L’Est when I spotted this place on the way. The location is super easy and central, and the whole thing felt very safe. Quite expensive for the time I used it for, but I was very grateful to have them stored so securely.

The location was great for us but it is very expensive, especially if you don't need it for the whole day. I met many people who needed to leave their luggage for an hour or 2 but decided not to because it was too expensive.
