Bonjour Vilas we are so sorry for the problem you have had; On Sunday we have had a big technical problem and it is not fare to say that we were not effective in opening the locker as we manage to do it in distance. I am sure you can understand technical problem can happened and you coment is very rude as we manage to provide you the service. Have a nice day.

It may look like rude but that's the frustration/panic we had at that moment. We had to literally run to catch train otherwise we could have missed the train, had there been few more minutes of delay. I was literally bagging to open locker in urgent mode as we were in hurry. Understand that we are travelling from outside country and relying on your services. we didn't expect that problem will persist entire day.

Of course we can understand and apologize for that but we have done our best to fix it and to be able to open lockers for you. And you new it from beginning we had this problem so you should have been maybe have been more understanding or not use the service and ask for a refund. 入口の暗所番号はゆっくり押さないといけない、押せてるか不安になるが押すとかすかに聞こえる音を頼りにするといい。申し込んだロッカーのサイズと、実際のロッカーのサイズが違ったので、用心した方がいい。預けられるのは便利。
