Verified reviewThe lockers are not far from the main railway station and the area is not very dangerous. The safety of all luggages is well maintained and one can have a tour of Paris at ease. The cost of 15€/day is also bearable and is much convenient if you’re sharing it with your partner. Look forward to using them in future as well.

Verified reviewThe drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not. The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

The keypad has been change and the problem that we sometimes have is that it is à US one and not a Européen one so that the digit are reversed. It is true that you need to have a telephone in order to received your codes by text (as well as mail) and to be able to call our hotline one case of problem.
