Verified reviewWe were very satisfied..The door opened straight away with the code they sent us, and so did the locker..The fact that you can go any time of the day is very helpful. It is also very economical since 4 cabin bags fit inside the locker.

Verified reviewEsperienza pessima. Il codice di inserimento per sbloccare l'armadietto l'ho dovuto inserire 5 volte sia in fase di deposito che in fase di ritiro (problema non solo mio). Avere un display che mostri quantomeno il numero di caratteri inseriti potrebbe essere molto utile per capire che non siano rimaste in memoria altre cifre. La distanza dalla stazione Chatelet Les Halles si è rilevata superiore alle mie aspettative. Costo elevato per il servizio offerto. Assolutamente sconsigliato!

Verified reviewLickers are clean and look safe. Booking is online and easy. A bit expensive compared to other luggage storage, I pid 15€ for one locker that fits at least 3 trolleys. The other loccker near Porte Maillot costs 6,50€ only, any bag size.

Verified reviewJeez this was scary. We used two lockers for 2 hours. I got nervous and went back to pull our stuff out and upon returning noticed that another locker had been ripped open (the locker doors are particle board). Another couple walked in and asked us about our experience as they were weary of the security as well. They had paid for a locker but never got a code emailed in. They had to call customer service for the locker combo and while we were there the punched in the number and their locker was filled with someone else’s stuff! I’m not kidding. Company gave out someone’s locker combo to another customer and a locker was broken into in the span of two hours that we used the service. Very scary and super lucky we got away unscathed. PSG location.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your opinion, We understand your concern but the door which has been missing, has not been ripped but broken so the locker is not use until the door is fix. Regarding the locker fills with others people stuff, unfortunately it has happened that people use a locker who does not belong to them because the people before them, forgot to close their locker but it's rare, we are sorry that it happens to you.
