Verified reviewWhen we arrived at the locker location, we found a suitcase already in our locker. I called the number listed by the code information, but I got a recording and nobody ever called back as I requested in the message I left. We would have been out of luck except that by pure coincidence the person whose bag was in "our" locker walked in and took her bag away. She was very nice - but she could have returned and taken our bags, since she also had the code for that locker. We decided to take a chance, and our bags were there when we returned. But - how UNACCEPTABLE that they gave the code to a locker to two different people for the same day!! BAD!

Bonjour, thanks for your feedback and sorry for the problem you have had. What happened could have been problem put by change nothing happened. Sorry for that. Did you contact the hotline? If so we will have given you another locker. We have had a problem in our system and are so sorry for that. Verified reviewThis is such a smart idea to have in the city! The only thing I will say, is they advertise it at a very low rate, but is really in the 16 Euro range. Would definitely keep luggage here again, if in Paris and in need of it.

Verified reviewVery secure locker. Easy to access and near St lazare train station. However Very expensive regarding other locker I tied in Paris (5,5€ per day for a carry on)

Hello Pauline, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Verified reviewThe website was easy to navigate and I was able to book locker space in Paris for later the same week. The site selected was close to Gare du Nord in a not great area but easy to access before going to the airport. There were no problems accessing the site or the lockers booked. It saved us having to haul rucksacks around all day before catching a late-evening plane.
