Hello Melanie, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Verified reviewHorrible experience! I paid for the service and then a code was never sent to my email. I’ve put in multiple complaints and tried calling the help line many times but have received no help.

We are so sorry for the problem you have had but after checking your customer's information it appears that the given information (email) could have been wrong; that is may be why you did not received your codes; We wish to remind you that you that as per our general terms and conditions it is under your responsability to be sure to provide a valid email and phone number otherwise we cannot send you the codes. Verified reviewEasy way to get a locker sage before visiting Paris. Online-booking works easy, payment per Creditcard. We used the lockers between Gare de l‘Est and Gare du Nord, Position good to reach by foot (short way with some historic stairs;)). Codes works as described, no Problems at all and the two lockers we had were clean. Thanks for the service!
