Verified reviewEverything is okay, but setting the second number to the locker number still leaves the option for other people that rent a City Locker to open the other lockers. If I rent one locker, I basically have access to the other ones. That's not as safe as you advertise it. Otherwise the location is fine, it is easy to find, close to the city center, and the lockers are spacious.

Thank you for your answer. I understand that the keys are unique, but they are directly connected to the locker number. I think this makes the system a bit vulnerable, as I could rent one locker, and then open the other lockers. If I get a code with the last digits 13, and my locker number is 13, you don't need a genius to figure out that in order to open number 12 you write 12 instead of 13 (if this is how the codes are generated - maybe I am wrong and it was just a coincidence). I enjoyed your service very much but I believe your security could be updated by changing this (i.e. set the last two numbers to be random, not numbers that are the same as the locker's number). Please understand that this is just a suggestion to update even more the security of your system, as I found it very convenient and still very safe. I am aware that everybody that uses this service is concerned to leave their things, not to check other lockers. Regards, Arman

Thanks a lot Arman Just to be more precise, if you had put 12 instead of 13 locker 12 won’t have open as the 6 first digits could not matched with 12 but only with 13. With your code you can only open your assigned locker. Otherwise it will be to easy. Have a good day and a nice week end 😀

Verified reviewI was able to use it with confidence ! You can easily enter with the security code sent to you. However, the problem is to put a 30kg suitcase in the upper locker. I'm tall and strong, so I managed to do my best, but I don't think short women can enter. I think it would be perfect if you could select the upper row, the lower row.

Verified reviewLocker doesn't work. Door is not locked at all. As I don't have much tine to call and wait for help, I needed to carry all the baggages that day 😓 Also I met a one who did not received email and cannot store baggage.

We are so sorry for the problem you have had. You should have called the hotline available every day from 8.00 am to 10 pm to get assistance and be avale to use our service. Please send us an email at client@citylocker.paris to get a refund the 15€ not 18€ that you have paid We take the opportunity of your feedback that booking is mandatory to get your codes to use our service. Once again sorry for the problem

Verified reviewExcellent service, easy to book, and good instructions to find locker store. Only thing is making it more clear you’re booking a locker not per suitcase/bag. We booked 2 lockers thinking it meant 2 bags so we paid double for what we needed. But the facility itself was good.
