Verified reviewWay to expensive! I had to leave my bag there because they wouldn’t let me in at the Opera, and 12€ for over one hour? Excesive, they should have an hourly rate, too!

Hello daniela, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Verified reviewTerrible experience. The locker was broken, actually sign-posted as broken, and customer support did not answer when we called. They sent a text message, however we received it late, after we had already left our luggage with a competitor. They also claimed that the locker was not sign-posted as broken, however we took a photo of the sign and sent it to them. The locker was defective and without staff onsite, Citylocker could not provide a solution. We therefore, at last-minute, had to find another solution to store our luggage for the day. More recently, we sent two emails to CityLocker asking for a refund and, after several days, they did not reply to our emails. We therefore needed to dispute the charge with our card company, who provided a refund to us.

Hello Editing your comment shows even more the fact that your comment has nothing constructive but it is just made to harm us... you have to work for a competitor and it's not very good to do that... You claim to have taken a photo and have proof that the locker is indicated as broken ... I think you have misread the indication present on the locker (in English and French) which just indicates that to close the door it just lift the door a little so that the lock fits into the notch .... It is useless to lie and invent a story for your pleasure to harm us. It was enough to reply to the SMS you received immediately when you called .... something you did not do so our hotline could not answer you .... You claim to have had to oppose your payment and that the bank agreed with you .... the truth is that the bank closed the dispute because you had already been reimbursed. But we don't blame you, we accept that you can vent your anger for not having read the postings and not having responded to the message sent by our hotline to help you. We don't blame you, we're sad but that's life you need to vent your anger in public...

Verified reviewIt's quick and self service. If you read the instructions right you will not have a problem. They emphasise their opening and closing time and as it is all automated, don't expect them to wait for 5 minutes additional. The size to keep luggage was alright - I could fit one large bag in one and in the second I fit medium size small (x2).

Verified reviewI found it was very expensive (way more than the advertising said: 15€ per locker, when the ad stated "from 2€"). But we were already there with our luggage, so we paid for it. Instructions were not clear enough and we did not know how to operate. Fortunately, with other people's help we were able to figure it out. When we picked up our luggage, we had to help other people with the same problem. On the positive side, the place was fine and the lockers in very good condition.
