Verified reviewAt first we looked for another company that has lockers in the city when we arrived, but we didn´t find it, so we searched for others and City Locker appeared. We booked the lockers in front of them and we were given access right away, doing all the process through our phone right there. We used it again on the day we left and it was great again. We strongly recommend it.

Verified reviewI just used this service near Gare du Nord August 14-17, 2022. I'm from California and I chose this option as I needed to go to London and then back to Paris and didn't need to bring everything with me. I saw the reviews here and was hesitant but saw these around Paris and many people using them. So you go online and book the time range you want and make sure to pick the correct location. You will pay for the entire day and the day is 8am to 10pm so the day you start and the day you end are counted as whole days and keep in mind their opening hours. The location is automated there is no live person there but the owner is easily accessible and responsive and they have video cameras there to monitor for any issues and for security. Once you pay online you get an email immediately with the codes. There are two codes, one to enter the facility(main front door) using a keypad outside. The second code is used to open your locker using a keypad inside. The locker will pop open. The lockers are a good size you could put several carryons in there or larger suitcases but check the dimensions online. If you close the door and need to open again just use the code again. It is secure and seems theft proof. This is a very short walk about 4-5 minutes or two blocks from the train station exit on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. It is in an alley off that street very easy to find. Now it is true that the keypad inside doesn't always work the first time. You don't need to panic and start entering the code and pressing buttons like crazy. Just take a deep breath and wait 10 seconds and enter the code again nice and slow. Don't press the keypad like you're text messaging your friends. If you hear any beeps while pressing the keys it means there's an error just wait and enter the code again. I had interaction with the owner as my train back from London was delayed and arriving after 10pm so I wouldn't make the 10pm closing time. I was worried as I had a flight the next morning. Apparently this time restriction may be for safety reasons.The owner took care of it after using the contact form on the website. Everything worrked out fine and I would use again.

Verified reviewThe hours are terrible. We didn't realize this was not 24 hours access... your luggage is only accessible.between 8 am to 10 pm. We nearly missed our flight because our luggage was trapped in the locker after their 'open' hours. It caused us tremendous stress and expense on account of not being able to access our luggage when we needed it.

You should consider making your facility 24 hours. Tourists are arriving tired; speaking different languages, stressed trying to navigate your website and even getting a phone to work internationally is difficult, so people don't read all the stickers on the door or the fine print of emails. Maybe if you had a big sticker with the times on each locker door, we may have noticed it. My review may save some other tourist from making the same mistake we made about the hours.

Verified reviewOverall a very good experience. I read each locker would hold 3 pieces of luggage….I didn’t see the dimensions. I would say 3 small pieces of luggage. Fortunately we were able to get 2 additional lockers at the same sight. We were in process of moving my daughter here for school so we had 4 large cases, 1 small case and 3 backpacks which we managed to fit into 4 lockers. It was great to have a place not to far from our BnB to drop our luggage in the early morning when we arrived while awaiting our 3 pm check in. It allowed us to sightsee in the interim. I would definitely recommend!

Verified reviewExcellent, it couldn’t be easier. Secure and clean facilities. We left a couple of big pieces of luggage for a week while we traveled Europe with backpacks. After booking online we received an email confirming the booking and a list of daily codes we could use each day for the main door and to access our luggage. That’s very convenient as it allows you to come back at any time during your booking to pick stuff from your main luggage in case you need it. Really satisfied with the service and we’ll use it again.
