  Excellent customer service, I had a few issues with my order, not the fault of the company, and they went above and beyond to make sure the issue was sorted as soon as possible. A gift for my daughter’s birthday that I know she will be thrilled with as she uses her Nana’s all the time and loves them. Both of them have a lot of hair and the wide plate straighteners are great for a professional style in half the time. Would definitely recommend this company.

  I have always used the C3, this is my third one, (my last C3 lasted 7years!!). However, this new C3 i just bought is pulling and breaking my hair. Im quite disappointed! Are they being made to lower standards/quality as a way to make customers buy the C5? If so, this is not good.

  I replaced the babyliss with this, as my hairdresser uses Corioliss. It leaves my hair much smoother and without any frizz but it doesn't feel the same as when my hairdresser uses it. Maybe because the plate is quite small, much smaller than, other straighteners

  I bought two brushes as I saw them recommended by a pro hairstylist as such a good de tangling, no freeze brushes,but it's a massive disappointment. The puddle brush is so difficult to use, it breaks my hair, I can't detangle it at all, when I use my Tangle Teaser brush I have less hair falling out than in the puddle one. My hair was so so frizzy and my scalp literally hurting me. The round black 43 mm brush I bought I as I wanted to change by blow drying one and it's again, imposible to use. Extremely hard hairs , very bad quality plastic but feels like metal in the hands and in the hair- breaks the hair , I blow dry my hair for years but with this brush I just can't pass it through my hair, it just stays stuck and if I want to pass it through it breaks so so much hair. The price for such brushes is ridiculous for not doing anything. Honestly I asked my friend to try them and she also couldn't use them so I had to dispose them both. I change my brushes regularly every 6-7 months but no other mass market brush did so much damaged to my hair. I felt very frustrated as it's like I threw my money on the window. Don't always listen to what people in online recommend you, some of them are just doing it to promote products.

  I've used Coriolis straightners for many years. I had my last set for over 10 years. They still work but the plastic around the plates became brittle and started to fall off, probably due to my hair products, so I obviously bought another set of Coriolis. I only have to run them through my hair once and in all the years my hair has not burnt or broken. I would highly recommend Coriolis

  This is the 2nd Corioliss straighteners I have brought. The 1st was 6/7 years ago and it is still going strong. However as I travel a lot and the 1st straighteners are getting older, I have become paranoid that they may give up while I am away, therefore ordered a new one that I will feel more at ease they will not give up on me. I have used many brands over the years and for me these are the best I have ever had and certainly the ones that have lasted the longest. I will definitely order this brand going forward when new ones are needed. I know they are expensive, but I believe in you get what you pay for and these have not disappointed.

  Delivery was very quick, and the shipping updates were very good! I was having a few problems with the straighteners as they seemed to pull on my hair, but as I've used them more and more, and I've used some clarifying shampoo to clear away hard water build-up, they're a lot smoother! I did email customer service for advice and to consider a refund, but I never received a response, hence the four stars.

  Disgusting company, ordered an item the courier dumps it by a rubbish bin so I never received it, all on camera and they couldn't care less and wouldn't do anything about it to help. Luckily I raised a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. Avoid and buy elsewhere

  I was pretty impressed to be honest. I ordered the straighteners and they arrived pretty promptly. They have a dial so I can use a very cool setting on wigs. It took me ages to find any suitable and I only stumbled upon the company because I read up on a wig website about how a wig company had teamed up with this company. I had never heard of them so very very happy. Also the zebra pattern is quite striking and extremely stylish and being of a good quality I will have no hesitation on turning up the heat on my hair when it grows back. The box it arrived in was stunning. I’ve rejuvenated my flexi fibre wig and it’s fab!!!!

  I decided to return the item, and the returns process was really complicated and slow. I had to wait for approval of my request to return the item. When I tried to phone them, there was no answer. I can see from the tracker that it was delivered back to them five days ago and I have had no acknowledgement of receipt or update on this.

  Another purchase from them and another huge dissapointment. On this time C3 hair straightener which I’ve ordered has arrived in a completely ripped off box, bottom plate has been slightly scratched and even the temperature numbers has not all been printed on the straightener (looked like manufacturer’s fault). Once requested a refund and sent it back, never heard anything back from them anymore since weeks, no refund issued. And that actually happened second time. Going to e-mail them today again and rush them, but definitely doesn’t recommend to order anything from them. It’s so weird, as it’s their official website, but their customer service is a complete disaster. Be careful to spend any of your money there, as you might not see it back for ages! No more chances for their products from myself, definitely.

  I ordered my straighteners direct with the company and received them the very next day. The only downside was they came via Amazon. I purposely didn’t order them with Amazon as I don’t like that company. There was no indication on the company Oder site they were coming via Amazon delivery. I wouldn’t have minded waiting a few more days if that meant Amazon were not involved.

  Really good, temperature gets so much hotter than other brands meaning quicker straightening & have not had to repeat straightening like with other brands. I have very frizzy fine hair but these make it very smooth & shiny

  I’m a hairdresser of 15 years and have used lots of different brands of round brushes, Corioliss are genuinely the best iv used, bristles don’t burn or bend over time, great side handle with grip, the brush isn’t heavy like lots of others so perfect for using all day, comes in great sizes.
