  The person in the front desk racially profiled denied service and called security to escort me out infront of other guest it was embarrassing and humiliating. She refused to give me her name until another guest gave it up to me her name was Maya

  Arrived at hotel no booking for us and no room!! Apparently no day rooms are guaranteed even if you book its only if they have them available! So how can you offer this service if it's not available. Would not use again.

  Received reservation confirmation email but when we showed up to the hotel they told us there was nothing. I was able to go work from a library but they defeats the point of the reservation and took an hour out of my day driving there and back.

  Very pleasant experience recently staying for part of the day at the Hyatt airport East - staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice. Ordered a taxi for us and had no difficulties during the stay.

  I needed a hotel room for the day that allowed early check in. My flight didn't leave until 9pm. The room was clean and the just what I needed to rest before my flight. I will definitely choose to use them again in the future.

  Never had a day room before. The difference it makes to travelling overnight and getting rest in the morning is worth booking. After being up 30 hours and having 2 flights I was so looking forward to a few hours sleep. So glad we book this for when we landed and not trying to drive home straight.

  I have been at this hotel many times before via Day Break. It is a wonderful location . The reason for the two star is the 45 minute wait to get successfully checked it. I do not understand why, but two staff and a manager could not figure the check in via Day Break. It took very , very long and no consideration was given to me for the experience . I tried to reach Day Break on the UK number , which is the only one provided , but it went to voicemail . I really will not book this hotel again via Day Break until I am assured that this problem has been rectified. It is unfortunate because it is a great hotel and Day Break offers a very competitive deal.

  When I went to check in the front desk person said there is no booking. However she said she can make a new booking at the same rate. Was wondering what happened to my online booking? Imagine if the day room wasn’t available it would leave me stranded. Look into this and reply with a refund.
