I booked a day room in Seattle following an Alaskan cruise. When I showed up the next day to check in, the hotel had no record of my reservation, and the "confirmation number" provided by Daybreakhotels.com was useless. There was no assistance and no recourse. I will never use this site again, and I will recommend to all my travel friends and groups that they avoid it.

First time using. Had an 8 plus hour wait for our flight, booked this and spent 6 hours chilling in a nice room, watched a movie, spent a little time in the pool. Much better than sitting in the airport .

I had initially booked a day use hotel on another website but that fell through and I was stranded at the fully booked hotel with no reservations and 3 kids! I was pleasantly surprised to get a confirmation booking immediately from daybreakhotels.com and was really glad my family could get some proper rest and freshen up before our long flight home. I will definitely use this for future bookings :)

It has been great so far booking an hotel day rate . However, It is advisable to book more then 24hr in advance as sometime the hotel doesn’t notice the booking and if full will not be able to accommodate the day booking.

Having read some of the negative reviews I was hesitant. After having now stayed there I would suggest the negative reviews are written by those who really havent got a clue. The stay we had was as good as any top hotel we have stayed in around the world The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the room with separate lounge, two televisions and a large bathroom spotless and large This complex is surrounded by many top named hotels in the US, ,and I would suggest fully deserving of being there. I will definitely recommend the Hilton Suites to any person

Very welcoming and ALL facilities offered in hotel can be used by dayuse customers. Lovely room very comfortable and great quiet environment to work. Booking process was straight forward and decent price for a room however my flight was delayed by 1 1/2 hours and on arrival at the booked hotel I was told my booking had been cancelled . Twice in 5 months this has happened at the same hotel now so maybe the hotels policy but not very helpful at all after an overnight 9 hour flight and with the prospect of a 4 hour drive home we really could have benefitted with the rest in the day hotel we had chosen

I was nervous to use this service but was happily surprised at how seamless it was. Got off a cruise at 9am and wasn’t flying out until 7:00pm. Was able to crash in a hotel, swim and eat lunch which was much better than sitting in an airport!

DayUse few hours. Great place, clean, efficient staff. Only thing is they have just started charging £5 for using the car park. Be aware that even though App says TOTAL TO PAY, they still add extra £5 on, as per revised T&C. ANSWER: For only a few hours stay during day, a bit steep. Use Abbey Meadows car park a couple of hundred metres along the road. It’s safe and FREE.

I booked a DayBreak hotel room in Miami before an evening flight. We had an excellent experience. I was a little skeptical as I hadn't booked with DyBreak before and I'd never booked a room for a few hours before. I actually called the property I was interested in to ask about the process. I was assured booking with daybreakhotels dot com was legitimate and I'd not have a problem at check-in. So I booked with DayBreak and a few days later checked in with no problem at all. Our room was very clean and we were billed as we should have been. It was money well spent to not have to wait in the Miami airport for hours on end before our flight. I'm very thankful for the option and will look into the service when the occasion arises again.

Needed a day room after a long flight arriving at 5.30am. Easily found the holiday inn Express Heathrow terminal 4 to suit our needs from 6am to 12 on the day break hotel's website. Booking was easy with easy cancellation if needed. Payment was taken at check in. Would definitely recommend Daybreak hotels.

BIG SCAM !!!! Don’t book with them, they are intermediaries - the hotel stopped working with them long time ago, so when I showed up booking was not valid - I ended up waiting from 5 am to 2pm after arrival in Dubai from France, with no room. I had to change hotel and booked at last minute at awfully night price for a week. Total gangsters !!!!!
