  When I arrived at the hotel I had booked with, they claimed I did not have a reservation. I even showed them my email,and they did not have any record of it. I think this is probably a scam. I ended up paying 3 times what I would have here, somewhere else.

  We got off our cruise ship at 9 am and our flight was going out at 11pm and we needed a place to crash for a few hours so we didn't have to wait 9am-11pm at the airport. This website helped find an affordable room that we could stay from 10am-6pm to help knock 8 hours off of our wait. I got to take a nap and relax in privacy. Website was easy to use and no issues checking in at our hotel.

  Painful - booked two day rooms at Hilton FLL and they firstly could only see one room booked. Secondly, we had cleaners come into the room two hours early whilst we were sleeping as they weren’t notified. Thirdly, they tried to overcharge us and could not see the correct price we secured via DayBreak. Way too much hassle!

  I found the check-in process at the hotel to be quite convenient and easy to complete. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not honor the discount offered by Daybreak. When I contacted Daybreak about this issue, the representative I spoke with was not very helpful. They assured me that the discount should have been honored, and said they would email the hotel and follow up with me the next day. Unfortunately, it has now been 3 days and I haven't received any further communication from them.

  Reasonably priced. Clean, quiet, convenient and staff polite and courteous. Could tell was recently nicely renovated. However, the entry door was still old and hardware worn. Hope they install net hallway carpeting on a regular basis. This seems to be an unpleasant feature that runs consistently throughout most Best Western hotels. But other than that this hotel was worth the stay.

  I had doubts if the site was genuine because it didn’t ask for payment in advance for the LAX hotel dayroom,but everything worked out ok. I contacted their support team to check on my booking and the service team were excellent, they responded within a few hours and put my mind at rest. The hotel I booked was fine as a dayroom and was available when I arrived.

  Booking the hotel was extremely simple and fast. However, when I got to my hotel it seemed like my reservation wasn’t legitimate in their system as she was asking me for a lot more information than usual for a hotel. The hotel was beautiful and a great price for the day. Even with the (seeming) hiccup in the beginning, I would try this site again!
