I am unbelievably disappointed with this service. I have tried to complain about ten times and had bots respond to me with copy pasted nonsense every time. My order was four days behind on delivery and I have had to leave the country for 8 months without the item I was very desperately in need of. I want a refund on the delivery and I want to be able to send back the product that will now be useless to me once I return to England. This is the worst service I have ever experienced on a website and now you have the audacity to ask for a review. Will NEVER be using this website again. Lied about delivery and will not respond to requests for compensation.

I imagined the product, a pouch for my weight belt in which I can add stones thereby avoiding taking more lead weights than necessary on airplanes,etc. And I found it immediately on Scubastore.com. The price was very reasonable for the quality that OmerSub offers. Payment was fast and easy. Communication from Scubastore was immediate and followed through past the delivery. I bought the orca d630 torch. Delivery was 5 days so no problem there. The torch came in a nice carry case which I wasn’t expecting. The charger has a European two pin plug. I have an adaptor so no problem there either. I wasn’t charged any extra tax or duty when it arrived. The bonus was that it was about £100 less expensive than some other online retailers. It’s a lovely torch and I am very happy.

Price is ok. It could be better. (lower i mean) but the main reason that i gave that low review is That i paid 23€ for fast delivery on specific date. And when paket didnt arive on that friday (it arrived on monday) so thay didnt deliver on my important date they didn't want to reutn the rest of the money for fast delivery. My paket arrived like normal delivery for 8€. So thay stole 15€. Second thing is that i orderd from their site and i made a profile. After i log out i coudnt log in again. So i have to make another account with difrent Mail to order again. i made new profil again and when i log out from the second profile i couldn't log in again..

Incorrectly ordered first time and was easily able to cancel my order and get a refund. Second time got it right and whilst not the fastest delivery to the UK arrived in a recent amount of time and was very well packaged. All in all the great service at a good price point. Highly recommended.
