  I asked customer service a question about item delivery time and got generic useless response, " thank you, patience,blah blah blah, busy, etc etc etc" AND NO FOLLOW UP. I paid for expedited delivery 5 euro more expensive than standard delivery, item came days later than promised, useless useless useless, DISSAPOINTED. if you are not in a hurry for an item no problem, if your boat leaves on a definite date????AAARRRGGGGHHHHH............   Easy order and fast delivery, so far i do not have any issues or experience negative with gods and items what i purchased. Mostly buying already proven gods and not have issues for return or warranty. However, will never buy essential gear like regulator, computer or gods like that, due to possible issues and warranty.   Hello Cristi, We are very sorry for your comments, however all the information about VAT is detailed on our website. The sale prices indicated in our online stores are shown as follows: - If the Customer lives in the European Union, all prices include VAT, but we deduct this amount from the total if the shipment is made to areas exempt from VAT. In the UK, all our prices include VAT, which is currently at a standard rate of 20%. - If the Client lives outside the European Union, prices do not include VAT. The Customer must pay local VAT and there may be an import tax when the shipment reaches its destination. In some countries or areas there is also the charge for the management of customs procedures, these costs are charged by the transport company who acts as an intermediary. Duties and customs regulations vary in different countries and it is difficult to know how they work exactly. Shipping costs are not indicated in the price of the products. Transportation costs are borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. The Client can consult at any time what is the amount of the shipping costs in the shopping cart, before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process. The calculation of shipping costs depends on the volume and weight of the items.

  Brak możliwości zmiany danych na fakturze to wielki minus. Nie rozumiem tego. Jedna przesyłka dotarła do Polski w 5 dni od zamówienia, druga w ~ miesiąc od zamówienia. Obsługa sklepu bardzo miłą i pomocna ale nie w kwestii faktury.

  The size chart on the website and the exact brand sizes are not the same (Mares).I realized it after I ordered/paid my wetsuit. Apart from the wrong information about the size they were helpful when I wanted to change the size and the correct one arrived in time.
