  The products are good, but I missing a Hose for my bcd inflator. After almost 12 emails i do not get a personal e-mail from the helpdesk. The helpdesk is fast but Not very helpfull. I have to send Photos but how can I make a foto of something that is missing. I think Twice of ordering new stuff, if something is wrong the are not helpfull enough!!!

  Ordered a wetsuit, didn't realise at the time of ordering that it wasn't coming from the UK but from Spain (I think). Delivery arrived packaged well but a day later than expected. Fortunately there was someone in to take delivery. Overall was pleased with the wetsuit, as described and just what I wanted. Feel fortunate that given it was being shipped from outside of the UK it was only delayed a day arriving.
