  I have been looking for women's small size 5mm neoprene swimming socks for some time (I am UK size 6 shoe size). I previously ordered a pair on line which were far too big and very thin. The swim socks I ordered from Scubastore fitted perfectly and are robust and a good thickness. I have used them for open water swimming in Scotland in October and I am very happy with them, no numb feet after my swim!

  Have made several orders from swiminn, diveinn and dressing. All of them have come within reasonable time and the products seem genuine and brand new. My only heavy criticism would be that the seller has NO real customer service! Everything is outsourced and heavily automated which means if you have any grey area issue, you might have a problem. In my case, when i had to return two items via diveinn I had to have a little patience and faith in their inpersonal return system. But it worked and within 2 weeks Everything was ok with my refund. So, no worries:) Nevertheless a non existent human customer service is a major issue which at some time they have to address if they do not want all these negative feedbacks on trustpilot.

  Mixed feelings. I made an order with the most expensive express delivery, and the shipping by DHL was very express, but the dispatch from shop was not. Stocked products that was not in reality in stock halted my order until I removed them (half the order). Even after this, the order was not finished for a whole day and shipped until the next. Several questions to customer support gave me generic copy paste response that did not answer my questions. On the positive side, the customer support updated me when the order was delayed so I got aware and could act on it, and I was able to add items to the order as well before shipping. It says you can cancel the order before its shipped but for me the option was removed 1 day before shipping. Conclusion I would order with scubastore again, good products and generally good price, but not if I need express.

  Dansk review. Har efterhånden handlet en del med tradeinn firmaet, altid uden problemer. Forvent ikke dine pakker i DK indenfor 1 uge, men har de det på lager, kommer det nogenlunde som forventet, der kan dog være forsinkelse ved større ordrer. Alle mine returneringen er nået frem og penge er tilbagebetalt. Forvent dog længere ekspeditionstid på returvarer.

  Výběr zboží v obchodě velmi dobrý, ceny také přijatelné, rychlost dodání 7 dnů - také velice dobré, takže obchod mohu doporučit. Co mi trochu vadilo: objednal jsem tašku Mares Cruise Backpack, po vybalení jsem zjistil: 1) made in China 2) taška má na zádech prořízlou látku v délce asi 15 cm, naštěstí v místě, kde by to nemělo mít vliv na funkčnost tašky.

  Payment solution not fully working on the homepage. You don't know if the order has been paid and proceeded when you click and place the order. Suddently it's three orders and two of them can't be canceled. Item not as described on the homepage and slow response from customer support. In general good price for all products but freight cost is high.

  Hello Jonas, We regret the inconvenience caused, in this case if you have received the same order twice, you must submit a return request through your account. Opening the return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. (For example, the item is missing from the order, the customization is missing, the wrong color was sent, the product does not agree with the picture , or like in your case the order was made twice) you have to explain it in the return request. Once you make this process our returns department will verify your case and will answer through email.
