Why all did the shoes with the elasticated laces, I received the ones with normal laces. Same shoe as I ordered but wrong lace up preference. Such a shame, you could not get it right.

WARNING TO UK CUSTOMERS - I was charged £10.99 to return some trainers that didn't fit. There is nowhere on the website citing this cost to UK customers. The only reference made about the cost to return items is 7.99 Euros, which is the equivalent of £6.50. And I was charged £5.99 for delivery in the first place so wasn't expecting a rip-off £10.99 to return. I ended up paying almost £17 for nothing. I feel totally misled. If you live in the UK don't risk buying something from DressInn unless you are certain you won't need to return it.
