Hassle free transaction. Easy to navigate the site. The particular trainers I ordered were very, very difficult to source in the size I wanted. However, dressin had the stock, so the slightly higher price was acceptable to me to get exactly what I wanted. Delivered safely and packaged well. No criticism at all, and would recommend.

At first I thought this site was a scam, did plenty of digging and was legit. HH winter coat arrived within delivery window. Really pleased super coat. Keeps me warm and dry. I am a 5ft 3" 8/10 and small fitted well. If you wanted to have more room for layering then perhaps size up.

I had a good experience with this online store. Order received promptly, though the tracking information was a little clunky. I had to work out the online tracking from the tracking number from a URL link. Otherwise everything was fine. I was a little worried after reading the online reviews, but all went well and the order was delivered within a couple of days of the estimated delivery date..

I ordered a M65 jacket from site, and received an immediate e mail notification of confirmation, and was given a delivery date of October 4th. I then received regular updates on the passage of my order across Europe to the UK. Jacket was delivered as promised, on October 4th. Perfectly packaged, brand new product. First purchase. Ordered a pair of Boss sunglasses as the price was competitive. Delivered fairly quickly to UK, considering overseas dispatching. Tested sunglasses with UV 365 light and can conclude that the protection is great. Product has all the boss labels and feels premium, so believe it's an authentic boss product. I was sent the wrong return label which caused me no end of stress as I thought Ihad to return to Spain. There was no mention of a UK depot. After complaining that no couriers recognised the label they had sent I was sent a Royal Mail label.I would have expected a sincere apology after all the trouble they caused but just got a “sorry for the Inconvenience “ I would certainly never use any TRADEINN company again.

Concern Regarding Order Delivery and Refund Process Dear, I hope this message finds you well. I understand that my order was being shipped from overseas. On Friday, I received an email stating that the order had been successfully delivered. As I was home the entire day, I immediately checked outside and in the mailbox but found no delivery. I promptly responded to the email, explaining that no delivery had taken place. I received a reply indicating that the courier had encountered an issue with my address, which is why the delivery could not be made. However, I am confused as to why I initially received an email confirming that the order had been delivered. Despite my follow-up asking for clarification regarding the address issue, especially since my contact information was provided, I received the same response. Later, I received another email stating that once the package reaches our warehouse and is inspected by your quality team, the refund process will begin. What I find difficult to understand is why, when there was no delivery in the first place, I am required to wait for a process between you and the courier to resolve. This situation is not due to a return of the product but because the order was never delivered. In my last email, I expressed these concerns, and the response I received felt quite authoritative, stating, "You will receive the refund once we receive the package." Given the circumstances, this has not been a pleasant experience for me. I would appreciate any clarification on this matter and hope we can resolve it swiftly. Thank you for your understanding. Everything is good, but more honesty when it comes to delivery times would be appreciated. Deliveries are several days (up to one week/10 days) later than the expected delivery date, consistently, in all the orders I’ve placed.

After waiting long time, received empty box with no shoes. I have contacted seller but no solution has been provided looks like needs to take this up with my bank. I don’t understand how is my fault that received empty box. I had to take the delivery in how do I supposed to know what is in the packaging. It’s not the customer service is about you are the seller but I am the one out of pocket!
