Verified reviewI don’t normally write reviews but I thought I would on this occasion to give guidance to others. In short, I wasn’t totally convinced about how genuine the ekosport website was and whether the goods I ordered would actually arrive as intended, given there are a number of dodgy websites out there. So it was a bit of a gamble which I went for, having tragically waited for the expensive ski jacket I had researched to go on sale on Black Friday only to find the manufacturer wasn’t discounting it. Ekosport did have it on sale and I’m pleased to report that the item arrived (with one other thing I ordered) in perfect condition just a few days later. So a happy ending.

Verified reviewVery good service Bought gloves but were too big. I bought another pair in a smaller size. Ekosport Accepted the return of the larger pair and refunded my card within a few days. I would recommend Ekosport

Verified reviewAwful experience with Ekosport. 26th of October I ordered HOKA shoes They sent me US 11.5 instead of UK11.5. I requested return which they requested a picture of the box .which I sent same day . They sent a returns label 3 weeks later . The goods were collected by Evri on the 26th of November . As of 6th of December I have not received my money . Avoid Ekosport . They have no idea what customer service is!

Verified reviewSki boots, helmets and goggles delivered to the UK in 5 working days. All well packed and for the price shown on site. Tracking from Evri initially slow to update after dispatch, but once items were in the UK, Evri tracking very accurate. I was initially concerned about buying from outside the UK but everything was great. I would use again and recommend to others. I did not have need to contact during or after, so cannot comment on this.
