Verified reviewGood range of products at decent prices. Would have given 5* but for the delivery. There is no way to track the delivery or schedule at a convenient time. They claimed to have tried and failed a couple of times yet we were in. Skis arrived in good condition. Not yet checked the binding setting but previous purchases have been fine on that score.

Verified reviewI definitely will NOT shop online with this company again in future. Shopping online with EKOSport can work out expensive if you need to return your items - I was charged £14.99 to return my shoes. I tried to cancel my order before it was despatched, but my request was not read in time and the customer service phone line was engaged every time I attempted to call. Also I never received a despatch notification and I had to chase up both receipt of my return (which took 10 days using their required return process) and my refund. I have now received my refund.

Verified reviewthe website shoe sizing is incorrect. You have a .co.uk website domain so everyone would assume your sizes are UK sizes. I made my order for a size 7.5. and then having read negative online reviews, i noticed several others had the issue of selecting what they thought were UK sizes only to be sent the wrong size shoes. Once i had realised your website was incorrect. i tried to contact your customer service line on the website, which doesnt work. i tried over 20 times over a working week and not once did i get through! extremely poor service and terrible experience. I hope i get this resolved soon but i cant get hold of anyone so will be leaving a negative review every day until it's resolved or someone contacts me back.
