Verified reviewHaving received the wrong size, the returns process is long winded and painful. The customer is having to compensate for the poor systems in place. I could not make one return for both items and had to process them separately despite being delivered in one box. I have returned the items nearly 3 weeks ago and still awaiting a refund.

Verified reviewI purchased a ski outfit through Ekosport as they had the best pricing I could find on the internet. Unfortunately the trousers were too short and needed to be returned. The return process was not straightforward and required several emails back and forth. The return instructions are not translated well for English speakers and therefore unclear. I was also charged £14.99 for the return and not given the option to return via regular post.

Verified reviewWe had to return the product as it was the wrong size. The returns process seemed initially to be fine, and sending it back via the preferred courier, evri. And then nothing..so we sent repeated emails, and would appear to be asked for the same information repeated times, even though its ekosports choosen carrier that they have organised. To cut it to the bone there returns process sucks, worst experience of any online company I have known ...and we still have no refund, and its now a month since we returned the product
