I sent them on 22 June, by 7 July I had had no acknowledgement of receipt of the returned items and had to chase Customer Service to find out what was going on. They did say they'd received them and promised a refund within 2-3 days. On 17th July I chased again because I had received no refund; finally by 18th July the refund has arrived in my account. As frequently seems to happen, a slick customer-facing service is let down by a poor after-sales service...

Verified reviewDidn't have a great experience with this company,They didn't dispatch until I contacted them 6 days later,My order eventually got to delivery depot in uk,sat there for 5 days then tracking said it was being sent back to sender,I did get a full refund but no explanation whatsoever as to why this happened,Safe to say from my experience I will not use this company again.

Verified reviewI was initially uncertain of the legitimacy of this site and some reviews compounded my apprehension, however my want for a particular pair of runners at the lowest price possible trumped these concerns and I ordered them anyway. I was given several updates by email/text which put me at ease, and the shoes arrived in good time, and despite my local Evri driver being quite the numpty. So all good really, I’d recommend buying from eco sport all day long!
