Verified reviewThe parcel was delivered on the correct day but just left on the doorstep of my daughter's home as arranged as I was not in the UK. Bearing in mind you were delivering a rather exoensive item I was concerned that the parcel might be taken by a stranger walking past. Luckily it was taken in when her husband returned. It would have been safer not to have left it on the doorstep in full view - it would have been more sensible to leave a note asking us to make another arrangement for a handover in person. I am pleased with the purchase but not with the delivery firm you used - I will only repeat a purchase if you can guarantee that delivery has to be a handover of goods in person by the delivery agent.

Verified reviewThr courier dumped the expensive package over the garden fence and no notification it was there, easily could have been taken - the integrity of the package was damaged - luckily the contents was well packed.

Verified reviewI bought a travel bag two weeks before a birthday. It eventually arrived after two “where is it” emails two week after the birthday. The box was in a right state. But Evri are a courier who only seem to have problems with delivering from every supplier. I don’t know why anyone uses them. The bag itself was excellent.
