Verified reviewOrdering and product were absolutely fine. Delivery time was as expected. Only slight negative was the relatively flimsy packaging. Cardboard box but no outer polythene bag. Package was left outside in the rain and cardboard got wet. Otherwise fine.

Verified reviewOrdered a pair of snow boots which had limited sizes available. Boots sent out within expected timeframe, however, incorrect boots were sent, the boot box was the right style ordered but incorrect boots were in the box. As the style I wanted were now out of stock so have kept the incorrect boots, I didn’t bother contacting customer services

Verified reviewOrdering was the easy part. Receiving was a lot harder. Communication was non existent following notification that the order was shipped. Evri tracking never moved from 'we are expecting your item' until several days later when I got a notification of item out for delivery 10 minutes before it was actually delivered. During the long delay I sent 2 emails to ekosport which still remain unanswered and tried numerous times to call the customer service helpline and got cut off every time as 'too busy to take your call, try later'. Absolute appalling customer service and I would not use ekosport again.

Verified reviewI was hesitant to order as we are located in the UK and since Brexit things have become confusing. Ekosport advised me that they deliver to UK address, no additional duties/custom fees. The items were delivered as promised with no hassle for me. Very happy
