Verified reviewI have used Ekopsort several times over the last few years. Unfortunately they are now using Evri (formerly known as Hermes) to deliver their parcels within The UK. Evri have a very poor record of delivering reliably. My recent order took over a month to be delivered - after Evri had received. EKOSPORT....STOP USING EVRI!!!

Reason I'm still giving a 2 star review is I'm sure they'll sort it out and do appreciate that there is other factors at play. Mainly the courier company

Verified review2.5/5 Good sale prices but £14.99 fee for returning goods that don’t fit is disappointing and should be highlighted at the time of purchase. I would only recommend if you are certain you have picked the right size. The return process is difficult as Ekosport is not listed on the Evri returns website or app. Evri did not email a returns label until I contacted Ekosport customer services.

Verified reviewWe’ve been waiting for over 6 weeks for our order despite multiple chasing of both ekosport and their courier. The answer is that it’s all in the hands of the courier despite the order being with ekosport to deliver to door. They simply don’t care once it’s shipped from their base. Beware all U.K. buyers - you are charged French VAT and then have to pay U.K. customs charges and THEN claim back the difference from ekosport (which you can only do once you have the goods!). Despite the website appearances ekosport have not managed to deal with post brexit customs issues - if you’re U.K. resident then strongly suggest you don’t order from Ekosport.

Verified reviewVery happy - all received in good time (approximately a week or so after order), and were as per ordered, in excellent condition, with no additional custom charges. I ordered nearly £500 worth of kit (ski boots, bindings, maintenance kit) and I saved over £300 due to the generous discounts. Though I read some negative reviews about custom charges and customer service, I decided to try it out anyway.
