    Ordered a mat for £250 on 25th May and still not delivered 9th July. I thought i was ordering from a UK based company... the 'phone (never answered); address; e-mail (never responded to) all indicate UK but this is a French company. I keep getting hassled by UK Customs and a delivery firm for additional import duties and delivery charges which entrancemattingsystems.co.uk say they are dealing with. The only way to connect with them is via the web chat facility and you basically get the complete run-around and no straight answers to simple questions. I have in writing (17.06) that they will pay the charges but they haven't. The company has ZERO customer service and TERRIBLE processes and could well be considered FRAUDULENT.

    Misleading, looks like a UK company based in London but then tells you after they have had your money in an email from a third party that you have to sign up and fill out paperwork to import from France and want £84 to send it over on a £120 Mat, no replies to emails and don't answer their phones. Over a week now and still no reply to my email wishing to cancel the next day when I found out I would have to sign up with a third party and pay import duties. Customer service is non-existent. Very poor, if I could give you zero, I would

    The company lack communication and when I contacted them, first they couldn't find my order, then they had not made my item after over a month and they blamed staffing even tho I phoned them on my expected delivery date.
