  Items missing from order which took a little over 3 weeks to resolve to my satisfaction. Ordered Rose plus pendant and earrings which were missing. It was suggested that I had not checked the box carefully(!) and that the warehouse packer confirms the items were dispatched. Finally, got confirmation that a number of similar problems had occurred due to a kitting error in the warehouse. Refunded the difference in price, but far too late for the intended Valentine's surprise.

  Did not know I was ordering from Sidney until the import transport called me to send them my name and address as there was no name on the order and customs would not allow it into the country. Was all sorted with a few emails to the delivery company.

  The product itself is first class - bought as a memento/present for our 20th anniversary. Perhaps I missed something in the blurb, but I thought the item was coming from Essex. Was surprised when receiving the advice that it had reached the distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Consequently arrived slightly after the date itself. That said, for the order to be processed on the Monday and arrive Wednesday is pretty impressive - I would not have been surprised if it had taken longer from Essex. I will definitely use Eternity Rose again, just place my order a bit earlier next time.

  I was a little surprised on opening to find that the vase didn't fit correctly in the box mold, and the rose still had small amounts of a glue type substance in the tight folds which needed removing. The rose itself however is beautiful and a magical 20th Wedding Anniversary gift.

  I brought this as a 30th birthday present for my wife. Something that she would remember her birthday with. She absolutely loved it. It came a day earlier than expect and came well presented in a leather case. Many people have seen this and have commented on the elegance and beauty of it. I would definitely recommend buying one to family and friends for that extra special gift for a special someone.

  People of the UK, Please don’t be fooled by the “.co.uk” website address. You are trading with Australia, and this time zone difference is an issue if things go wrong. The company left me with 3 days to source another gift for our 25th wedding anniversary after the rose they shipped had a manufacture fault. So much for quality standards! It took over 5 days of emailing and phoning, for them to accept that the faulty product could be returned. They would have much preferred to send a replacement that would not arrive in time. So much for customer service! The product was lovely (other than the fault) but you will need to plan and allow plenty of time for the returns process. So much for 24h turn around! Buyer beware. The website is slick, but the company does not deliver on its (or your) promises. They are currently making it very difficult to get a refund by refusing to accept that if a product is faulty, they need to pay for the return shipping. They suggested buying my wife flowers and chocolates with a £10 refund and saying the gift would arrive in a few days. I think they missed the point of this gift and their business model completely. However, when they do write, they are very polite
