  Website navigation was very easy and the ordering process was relatively straightforward. There was only a minor hiccup with the item tracking system, but as the item arrived reasonably quickly, all was good. The only other bit of feedback that I can provide, is that it would have been nice if the item was checked as part of quality control before shipping, as it definitely did not have a 'bright and radiant mirror finish', as what is stated on the website for the product in question. But again, it's only a minor issue, as I'm sure that a silverware polishing cloth will remove the tarnish that was present on both the silver rose and its vase, and restore the item to its original shine.

  Next day delivery isn't really correct, they had to issue a refund and get me to confirm the amount on my credit card which took two days to come through, then it was the weekend so it took 7-8 days to recieve the item

  The Rose turned up the next day, as promised, with an email arriving the night of purchase, informing me my delivery would be here tomorrow. It was packaged to protect. It is a beautiful gift, presented well in a nice hinged lid box. To tell you the truth, the delivery promise that was kept, was enough for me to ensure the quality of the Rose, and, I wasn't disappointed. Thumbs up!
