  The rose and vase were almost perfect but I would think by now they would have designed a container (box) that would fit the vase properly,as the rose is a real rose I understand that it is difficult to design a container to suit the particular rose itself

  I was very surprised at how quickly the eternity rose arrived. The product is stunning and in a beautiful presentation box, which protected it during transit. I loved the card with the explanation of how the rose is made. All in all I would recommend to anyone looking for a special gift for a loved one.

  Bought a eternity rose for my beautiful partner and its absolutely gorgeous and the leather case with window makes it so much better. She absolutely loves it and I highly recommend anyone buying one for their partner. The finish is absolutely exquisite.

  I placed the order online via the website, it was not too complicated to order, but when I received an email from them with a tracking number that was not working I called their number and it went to no where and call was disconnected. So was unable to contact their customer service at all which is very poor and disappointing.
