  I have generally found the service at Eurofins very good with rapid delivery but recently one of my oligos didn't meet the purity standards and had to be resynthesised. It would have been really helpful to be informed of this as I would have requested the other oligos in the order to be despatched sooner so I could commence my work. Instead, the delivery took longer than anticipated and I had to contact them to find out the situation. The team did respond quickly to my enquiries though, which was very helpful

  Most of the times I order NightExpress Oligos, something happens and I finally get my oligos only after 4-5 days, even later than a standard order. Moreover, every time I complain ,there is a "good reason" that I would have accepted if only there had been some kind of comunication. Instead, I find out there was a problem, only days after my order, when I realize something must have gone wrong.

  Eurofins could not synthesis one 4 primers designed for InFusion cloning. Although I have informed them, they cancel the synthesis and delivered and charged 3 primers that we could not use them.

  The product quality is typically good but sometimes it is difficult to find things on the webpage and in case of problems the communication with the company is lacking (if the products take longer to be produced or samples get lost it takes a long time to figure out what is going on).
