  Excellent service, however, turnaround times are significantly longer (4-5 days rather than overnight) now that samples take several days to reach you rather than next day delivery. I believe this is a customs/Brexit issue, but may be mistaken.

  Sometimes the oligo orders are processed quickly and sometimes thy take more thn 7 days. This makes planning anything very difficult. For this particular order (Order Number:11108289807), I contacted the support via email and received no answer.

  It took some time to arrive the UPS labels, and I need to write them asking for it because after 24hr I have not receive them yet. And even when finally I recieved, one of them was having issue, I need it to write to Eurofins again asking for the good one.

  A few days after ordering, I received an email saying that my order had been despatched. However, it was 2-3 days before the courier UPS would admit to having it their possession. This seems to be standard practise at Eurofins. Why not be honest? To me, "despatched" implies that the order is actually on its way!

  Eurofins handled my order to UPS but it stuck there because UPS could not find my address for delivering. I contacted Eurofins 3 times but got no help at all. After 7 days, UPS had to send back to Eurofins and I needed to contact to tell Eurofins to send back to me again. This time, it was delivered in just 1 day. All my information was unchanged on Eurofins website for the delivery. I don't know what happened in the first time, maybe Eurofins did not provide correctly my delivery address to UPS, or UPS could not understand what Eurofins provided.

  I believe that the order is processed as quickly as possible, but the disadvantage is the location of the service centre abroad, so the shipping take a little longer in the post than if it were a local supplier. The envelope was unnecessarily large, A5 would have been sufficient. The price is very good. I would improve the print quality on the labels placed on the tube. It is hard to read.

  Die Menüpunkte muss man manchmal etwas suchen,danach ist es super einfach Primer zu bestellen. Es ist auch super das man Primer aus älteren Bestellungen nochmal ordern kann, so kann ich mir die erneute Eingabe sparen und das Fehlerpotenzial niedrig halten. Primer sind in ein bis zwei Tagen bei mir im Labor. Topp!

  Mix2Seq NXP is not always reliable. In a couple of times my samples have taken more than expected to be sequenced and I already had a case where the samples were lost. I have waisted a lot of time waiting for sequencing results.

  Our overnight sequencing service for the last several months never gave results overnight - it's always at least 2 days (although we always make sure we drop off the samples before pickup time indicated on the box (Karolinska, in Biomedicum building). This is absolutely unacceptable. We also got many oligo orders delayed. My understanding is that this is because one of the olgos failed the QC and needed to be re-synthesized. However there is no communication about it and no status update on the website with clear information on when we can actually expect the olgos. It just shows something like "shipping in 4 business days" from day 0 for almost two weeks. This does not allow us to plan our experiments.

  Issues with delievries when ordering with an institutional PO. The site did not accurately update delivery status. Eurofins were very helpful and re-send the order and I did recieve my items, but this issue has happened twice.
