  In my previous samples I had to wait for looong time for analysis - my samples still were not delivered yet. The analysis was wrong. I had to do three (!) attempts to get results properly and each time I was waiting so long for reslults!!! I think you have problems now with delivery of samples??? Previosly the service worked quick and good! But not now!

  Sanger sequencing used to be robust when still performed in Ebersberg. Ever since samples were sent to Cologne for sequencing, quality massively dropped, often samples needed several repeats until sequencing worked, and there were inexplicable delays.

  I have send plasmids for sequencing several times and sometimes the results were very nice and I got clear Chromatograms but often times the Chromatograms had a really bad quality so that they were basically useless. The sequencing quality is not constant/reliable.

  The options given for an upgrade for difficult to read sequencing projects (GC rich regions and/or secondary structure) were very highly needed and I sent my samples with confidence that you will do a very good job with them. I have to say the results exceeded my expectations. I could get sequencing result of highly GC-rich region of almost 3500bp with great accuracy. Thank you for the great results! I will highly recommend your services to my colleagues. I also find the prepaid barcode labels very simple and easy to use. Thanks, Eurofins! With kind regards

  first sequencing in less than 48 hours but unusable (cut length less than 50 bp). For once, a second sequencing was done for free and the results were received 15 days later ... During this time, I had my sample sequenced by another company, get my results and start my production. To conclude farewell to Eurofins, your service is becoming increasingly poor!
