  We had quite a large number of PCR products, original produce diluted to approx 1.0 ng / ul in water and PCR products after column purification. Overall very pleased with service & outcome/results.

  This particular order was executed very quickly and was highly appreciated. However, as a general comment we found that your non HPLC primers have a much lower quality/sensitivity compared to those e.g. from Sigma, most likely due to higher proportion of incomplete sequences. Therefore, I have stopped ordering from Eurofins except for those which aren't available from other suppliers e.g. MGB probes.

  Files were unavailable after the order was marked "completed", and this is not the first time this is happening. As these results were crucial for me to continue my research, my experiments have been delayed by an entire day, a day that was crucial for me to make a deadline.   Sequencing quality not consistently good. Sequences of 10% of my latest PlateSeq samples were completely miserable and could not be used, although PCR products were generated equally to all other samples.

  Good collaboration and flexible in the products they offer (we really want something special and they are willing to work together). For the specialty products I can send directly an e-mail to the appropiate person and for more "standard" oligos I use the website. Both methods are working great.

  The initial results arrive quickly. However, several times some samples within my orders were stuck in the pipeline for up to 1 week (the status was continuously either “started” or “in process”). I understand that re-sequencing of samples takes time, but not up to one week.

  I have used Eurofins for over a year now, and the majority of the time my orders are on time and correct. However, I have had several instances where I will not receive my order for over a month. This really interferes with my research timelines and costs limited time I have in my PhD.
