Gene strand does not amplify, only smear on gel. I sent an email and I never heard back from customer service. Disappointed, previous gene strands worked fine.

Most of the times I order NightExpress Oligos, something happens and I finally get my oligos only after 4-5 days, even later than a standard order. Moreover, every time I complain ,there is a "good reason" that I would have accepted if only there had been some kind of comunication. Instead, I find out there was a problem, only days after my order, when I realize something must have gone wrong.
