Verified reviewThey are unreliable. We regularly send samples to them because they are the only company matching our needs on the market. The samples are supposed to arrive overnight and be processed for the next day. Sometimes it takes up to a full week to get the results from them. Sometimes we are sure of the good quality of our samples but they still fail to measure them and provide the results at a lower quality than expected (and paid) For example they sequence samples and return 200 nucleotides with poor reliability while it is expected to get 800-1000 nucleotides. They often push you to upgrade your request with a supplementary more expensive service but it often fails to improve the results. My experience with another company in Switzerland a few years ago was way better. The customer service quality was also unsatisfactory when I contacted them. So Eurofinns has a large margin of progression.
