  The shopping experience was excellent, I asked for a specific sample to try and thought in the best senario they would give me the sample I wanted instead of what they usually give out, but they gave the sample I wanted with other free sample too, that was beyond my expectations.   Sono molto deluso del mio acquisto che prevedeva un omaggio che non ho ricevuto. Ho solo ricevuto il set ordinato e nemmeno il campione di prodotto che avevo richiesto. Inoltre sono stato informato, tramite una mail automatica che non era possibile fare richieste personali fino al 31 agosto per la chiusura ferie. Quindi non potendo contattare il servizio clienti fino al primo settembre mi riservo di essere informato sull'omaggio che avrei dovuto ricevere ma che non ho ricevuto. Inoltre siccome ho superato i 300 punti di acquisto mi sarei aspettato un campione di prodotto della linea extrême, cosa che non ho ricevuto. Confido in un disguido a causa del personale ridotto o inesperto durante il periodo estivo e nella possibilità di ricevere l'omaggio che non mi è stato concesso. È la prima volta che mi capita un disguido, sicuramente il mese di agosto non è il periodo migliore per fare acquisti sul sito. Confido nel buon cuore del servizio clienti per la risoluzione del problema.
