  The products are amazing. But the samples are not good enough. It should let customers choice what samples that we want to try so we could buy next time. And points very weird. Only can collect but no place to redeem. It seems like we only can buy products to collect the points but can not spend it. And there is no place to explain it.

  I am 40+ , having trouble sensitive and redness skin, was suffering for finding the right beauty product in the past years . I chose the Recovery set to start my Journey with Evidens. Using the Blemish Out Concentrate for 2 weeks, the skin texture is obviously improved, elasticity and luster are restored, and wrinkles and pores are visibly smoothed, highly recommended!

  Customer service were very helpful when I found a product did not work for me, and they made my ordering easy in terms of the offer they had on and choosing the colour.   I would say I have a high expectation for shopping on this brand as my friend recommended me strongly. However, I feel not welcoming as I wrote an inquiry email to the customer service but no one answered for a period of 2 weeks and no one answered again to my reminder email and also the form on the website. So the shopping experience was not good at all, I would probably not to shop here next time if the customer service could not be improved. While the products looks nice as of its appearance, the overall rate I would give an average.
