I’ve subscribed to a monthly pack of the Happy Snacks, which is great. Really easy to do and you can edit whenever you like. The only negative is that you can’t add another item onto the subscription as a one- off. However, customer service was also very good

Having 2 cats that came to us separately, and having a little dog, I think the Feliway Optimum has helped the cats get on and feel more secure. One of the cats in particular spends a lot more time at home rather than visiting our (multiple) neighbours

I don’t think we are ever going to NOT NEED Feliway Happy Tubes! If I forget, Catkin skips up to me , “MIAOW! It’s time isn’t it? Come on, come and fetch one!” And she follows me every step of the way! Eagerly licking from the tube, and from my fingers if it overflows, then she shows such contentment when she has finished. She never pesters for more, one is perfectly satisfying.

I received only one of four products. The free cat tunnel is something my cats will not use. I sent messages asking where the rest of my order was and if I could return the tunnel. I have never had a reply. I paid through PayPal and they have now refunded me for the other products, which over a month later, I have still not received.. CUstomer Service is non existent.

This stuff is a life saver for our cantankerous moggy. Since using it he has stopped becoming as aggressive with our other cat (who could bat him away easily if he wanted to but doesn't thankfully) to the extent where we can tell when it's run out/been unplugged the difference in behaviour is so obvious. Why force customers to use the stupid sytstem of logging on with a 4 numbered code to their email. So many companies use this insecure way now, so all it needs is for my email to be compromised and I won't be able to access my subscription. Also trying to change the credit card is the same. And finally how can I change the email address? More and more are using the insecure shopify, currently I am looking for an alternative to avoid your insecure system. Product is ok, but I have had several faulty feliway bottles where the stick is missing or breaks off so the liquid doesn't get used and the cats fight.

EVRI failed to deliver and gave no recognisable photo to support their claimed delivery. I contacted their customer service but received no helpful or satisfactory information. unfortunately I work Monday to Friday 9-5. Unsure why this product needs to be signed for, hence delay in delivery of the feliway refill as DPD would not leave it at a neighbour house. I did change my delivery options to leave in a safe place but DPD stated it still needs to be signed for. That is my only grumble

This product has worked for me and my cats in the past but I only received it two days ago so it is a little too soon to tell how it will go this time. I think it would be better to ask for reviews a couple of weeks after an order is placed so the user has had time to assess if their cat’s behaviour has changed.

I use this product as my male cat suffers from Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC). I can tell within a day if the refill has run out as mild symptoms start returning. Would definitely recommend for stress management.

It was easy to use the website, order & pay for. The service from start to finish was incredible, the delivery was on time & as stated. I've been on subscription for a while now & apart from 1 incident,which I contacted customer services right away & we sorted it out, I'm absolutely delighted with Feliway. Having it on a monthly subscription has made an incredible difference for me as it's all done for me, I don't have any worries if I forget to reorder as it's automatically sent out to me, it's a no win situation. Answer by RONNIE G.Flaghello and thank you for your reply, I paid quite a lot of money for those frozen things and I have three cats and two of them are just not getting on at the moment and I’ve used the spray and it’s made no difference whatsoever so unless you’re going to replace it or refund it what is the point in you getting in touch with me it’s just not working preferably I’d like to try it again if you would send me one

Very easy to order from & use the website which has plenty of useful items for the whole of the home. We've been using this fantastic product for some time now & it really does keep our cat calm, happy & contented, plus she's less stressful. So if she's happy we're happy. Delivery was just as stated & as it's on subscription I don't have the worry of remembering to reorder, it comes automatically. This makes it better for us & I definitely recommend this for all your pets, so why not give it a try?

We have 4 cats, the eldest was a feral street cat that we took in 8yrs ago. Feliway calms her territorialism down and the calm change in the household has been remarkable... Ps. We can tell if it ever runs out! Our monthly subscription seems about right
