I have not been able to get my 16 year old cat to take oral medication until now!! The Chicken Happy Snacks are fantastic. Lloyd is happily eating medication for the first time in his life, fuss free. Thank you so much!!

After a bit of a rocky start, not the company's fault, we appeared to have a rougue Evri driver in the area, its all sorted now, but since then the service has been brilliant. Even when we had the rogue driver, Feliway sent a replacement diffuser via royal mail, the original package never arrived, but it's been fine ever since

I have set up a monthly subscription for Happy Snacks. I noticed that they are now coming in salmon flavour and tried to order a single packet for my cat to try, but I was unable to do so. I think you need to check the ordering and check out part as it is not working properly. I was unable to order a months supply of chicken snacks via subscription and a single pack of salmon to try. The select button was greyed out as was the /- buttons.

I may have misled you in that I was able to order the chicken via the subscription, but I only wanted a single box of the salmon for my cat to try to see if she would like it, but was unable to order both at the same time. However, if it was out of stock it doesn't matter, but am glad I was able to point out the error.

I am very impressed by the speed of delivery. I do not find the website easiest to navigate with frequent glitches but the help from customer service is quick and exemplary. My purchases are spot on for my timid but strong willed cat. I rescued him. Optimum plus is the best and Happy Snack a game changer. I don't think I've ever seen him so happy, he will come in for his treat and settle down for the night. Thank you

Great customer service, had an issue with my subscription last month, customer service sorted it straight away for me & even followed up this month to say all was ok. Dry pleased with that. The Feliway Optimum is brilliant. My two cats are so relaxed together, no fighting like previous times when I used a cheaper alternative. Will always stick to Feliway now.

My cat Oliver is very nervous, he is so bad that hears voice outside and bolts immediately behind the washing machine. He is also very unsociable with me. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. It’s just the two of us so I don’t understand why he is like this. My daughter suggested I try feliway but was very sceptical initially. Very slowly I began to notice small changes in his behaviour. He is still uneasy with noises and anyone visiting but when it’s just him and me he has improved dramatically. Feluway has certainly helped him and calmed him so that he now gets in the bed next to my feet ! Small steps 😊

I really like the Feliway site as it is ideal for learning about cats and their ways, being a new cat mum. On this occasion I bought Feliway Happy Snacks, which Peanut my cat absolutely adores. As soon as I go to the cupboard, she is there, tail up and chatting away. I feed it to her from the sachet and love looking at her little face as she is licking away. Then she takes herself off to lie down and take the weight off her paws.

The diffuser genuinely seems to make a difference to my cats behaviours. I wasnt expecting much but it absolutely has and I saw a difference when they run out - so I have refill on subscription now. I dont know how it works but it does!

Since we brought home our new kitten Luna, the Feliway has helped to calm her, and make her older brother more tolerant of his new sister. We can tell the difference between when the diffuser is on or off, or is running low, so it proves its working.

This product has improved my cats behaviour because my cats were constantly fighting all the time and now my cats are fighting less thanks to this product and the pheromone refill that I buy for my cats it really does help calm my cats down and it helps with their anxiety and I would definitely recommend this product. To anybody that is looking for a product for a an anxious cat or a cat that’s misbehaving

I bought this for when I went on holiday, as my elderly cat is very anxious and nervous. The vet suggested this would help. I can see the difference from when I went away last time and I didn't use a feliway, this time she was less anxious on my return. Highly recommend using the plug in.

Huge relief to get Feliway Happy ! We had run out, consequences soon apparent. I tried offering a substitute, a very high quality pure chicken substitute. She took three licks of it just to be absolutely sure it was the WRONG ONE, and wouldn’t go near it again. When the real Happy licks arrived, she hardly gave me time to open the tube! She was so eager to get to the Feliway snack, and she licked continuously until it really was completely empty. Such a thankful HAPPY cat! I’m sure there is nothing wrong with the other brand, but clearly it doesn’t have that magic ingredient in it!

The website is easy to use & order from, the service was great, delivery was as stated, our cat is so much calmer since we've been using Feliway which makes our life easier.
