Verified reviewReturned item as too small. No refund by 10 days. Customer service were useless in resolving issue despite confirming receipt of the return. Say they'll get I touch with an update, but they don't. After 6 weeks I gave up with them, and made a claim via PayPal. I got my refund immediately. Today I received an email telling me my return had been terminated by them, 9 weeks later, despite my account showing return waiting receipt. An absolute shambles! Can't recommend this seller.

After reviewing your case, we found that your return parcel was delivered to our returns hub in Basildon. Unfortunately, receipt of the parcel was not confirmed at that time, and it took around a month for us to receive confirmation that it had arrived. As soon as we received this confirmation, we processed your refund. You also received an automated email in July when the parcel was subsequently received by our warehouse in France. We understand this may have been confusing and apologise for any misunderstanding it may have caused. We completely understand your frustration with the time it took for your refund to be processed, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. We have looked into what happened to better understand where the delay occurred and have taken measures to improve how returns are handled and communicated in the future. So i decided to go ahead with purchase, which went very smoothly. Delivery was great, i was kept in the loop all the way and the package arrived on time and safe and sound. After i made my purchase i had a good look a young their website, and found a few other items that i'm interested in .

Verified reviewSite navigation was fine, when I called the advice I got from Matthew was sound and I am really happy with the purchase, a really good choice. The only issue I could say i had was the delivery not notifying me when they had the parcel, or even when they dropped it off (when i was repeatedly told I would need to be there and open on delivery) but thats in the uk delivery service not Glisshop who were solid throughout
