Ordered a pair of outerknown seventyseven cord shorts on the 1st of May after chasing up what had happened to the order I was told they weren't being sent until the 13th! No reason for this when asked , no transparency! They then didn't turn up for another 5 days. The delivery was a shocking £19 from France. So when I thought I was getting a good deal I wasn't, Wished I'd just ordered from the USA and received the product within 7 days.Not a great customer experience and won't be using them again.

Price was good for item, However at £19.99 for delivery not good especially as the item was £249.60 normally free delivery, also Slow to dispatch and slow postage, so overall, it was not good. I had to message to find out if my items had been dispatched, I will possibly not use again i will use a company in the UK. As faster delivery and free delivery when spending over £100.

Glisshop have agreed that I can return one product (skis) for a refund but took three weeks and several phone calls to agree to the return, and since then have consistently failed to arrange for a courier to collect them. Glisshop customer service does not respond to emails. I have to telephone them to get anything done, and the response by telephone is that they have trouble with their courier (Evri) but the skis will be collected at some point. Which means I have no idea when. They refuse to use a different courier who might actually turn up. And the refund will take a further 3 weeks once the skis do get back to Glisshop. This is poor service by any standard.

This was my 2nd time ordering from Glissop, so that's a good start. I find the website shows a lot of detail about the sunglasses I wanted to buy, so I could take time and find the right shade and sun protection. I do find the glasses to be very competitively priced and I trust the authenticity and quality of what is on offer. I spoke to William Eiras concerning an identical pair of glasses on an alternative site, he was happy to price match, so the purchase was even more rewarding. Very happy with the purchase process, I could select the skis and bindings I wanted from a wide range for what was a very competitive price, delivered. They arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition - without any additional duties and tax costs as I am outside of the EU (which is what Glisshop would be the case). They bindings are set correctly for my boots and the DIN is also set correctly for me. My only observations would be, I was advised to check the goods whilst the courier waited, and he refused to do (but the packaging was pristine). Also, the courier just turned up without any notification when he was coming but this wasn't a problem.

This is the second time I have ordered these boots from Glisshop. The first time the UK courier lost the package and Glisshop gave me a refund for the item. (But not for the postage, so I guess the couriers still got paid ?) Now I have re-ordered and actually got the product. In total it took about 2 months; 6 weeks to get to the point of giving up on the courier on the first order. (And you may have seen that first review for these.) a little time to get a refund and then re-order the exact same product. 1 week for the order to arrive the second time. But I am pleased that I now have the product.

For a shop that sells so many brands and products, it takes a little while to get the hang of the filters. However, I did work out how to find the skis I wanted... Ordering etc. was OK - ditto the end of season discount. Delivery was three days to the appartement in the Alpes.

I ordered ski helmet, and two ski goggles for my ski trip. I didn't have much time left until the trip so I was a bit worried that the order might not arrive in time(I'm in the UK so wasn't sure how long the customs would take) but it did! I made a call to the customer center and they told me it should be no problem and indeed. Right on time! I highly recommend Glisship!

Really expert advice. They picked the perfect skis for us and also advised we get bindings from a rental shop due to the standard ones only having growth for a couple of mondo sizes (meaning we’d have had to get them re drilled when our son’s feet grow). No other ski supplier picked up on this.

The lady I was having dialogue with via email wasn't very helpful, I considered cancelling my order due to the tone of the emails. I decided to call them instead of emailing, when I rang them it took me a few days of constantly trying to get through before I eventually did. I got through to an English speaking lady who was extremely helpful and provided good customer service, she couldn't answer the technical questions I had, however, she arranged for her colleague from the technical department to call me and he answered my questions perfectly. My skis arrived on time with a couple of days to spare before I went on holiday.

Terrible; the courier left my trainers on an unknown door step on Christmas Eve and they were never found. It took me two months to finally get my money back - up to then I was asking for a replacement or money back and chasing them for a response a couple of times a week. I was able to show that the item had been left on an unknown door step with the couriers photograph plus it specifically stated that they had to be signed for. It wasn't until six weeks into chasing this with Glisshop that they sent me a form to fill in from the courier (Everi) for them to look into it. It took Everi two days to come back to me to say that it had been delivered to the wrong address and a further two weeks for Glisshop to reimburse me. Customer service/care is the worst I have come across and would never use them again. The loss of the trainers was no fault of theirs and it could have been resolved very quickly and professionally; I would then happily purchase further items from them, instead they have lost a customer.

Professional and fast! The only think I can think of that would be negative would be the way my skis were packaged. The box was damaged and therefore a small scratch on the top of my new skis was visible. People queuing up in line for the lift will likely scratch the skis anyway so I didn’t care about that! Package the skis better next time. This shop is better than most out there.
