  Ordered Reach 20L Rooibus (Blue Ice). Order well packaged and rcvd on time great job. Pack is perfect for UL escapades and have bought the matching helmet carrier net to go with. Only note is the side pocket is a bit shallow for water bottles and can eject them as you climb. However pocket is really meant for securing longer kit. Also designed to be used with hydration bladder rather than loose bottles 😁

  I bought freeride skis to use next season. It was my second order from Glisshop as I bough new boots this season. All arrived safely and amazingly quickly / seamlessly with all customs formalities taken care of. The bindings were set up perfectly for the boots, and in case of questions the team at Glisshop have the technical knowledge to advise on products if you need it. All in all a great buying experience, and I will definitely be back on the site the next time I need some more gear.

  Great customer service before and after purchase. Excellent recommendation on skis and accessories prior to purchase. Following shipment I experienced an issue with delivery in the UK where the delivery company refused to address my issue. A quick chat with the team at Glisshop resolved my issue.   Product and delivery were excellent. However, there were no instructions for visor removal and replacement and similarly the ear coverings. Whilst you were eventually able to help (the makers Cairn weren’t interested) I do feel you should be taking responsibility and ensure the products you sell come with adequate information.   I had a positive experience with this shop, a little difficult to communicate with them if you are not in their main market; also, they do not deliver in all EU countries, so I had to find solutions to have my order delivered in one of their countries of operation. Overall, it was worth it as they were the only shop having the Bolle helmet I was looking for at an unbeatable pricing.

  Sales process and information from Glisshop was great but unfortunately my product was faulty. Some retailers can fall down when dealing with returns processes, especially manufacturing defects, but service from Glisshop surprisingly free from hassle given relative remote location of the store. Communication responsiveness and professionalism were really appreciated. Will recommend.

  Great selection of outdoor and ski gear. I bought ski boots, the description of the product was good and the website well constructed. I was a little worried about ordering from the UK post-brexit but the price included all taxes and shipping. In fact My ski boots arrived at my door only 4 days from the order being placed. So, thank you to Glissop for the fantastic five-star service and shipping. The boots were great as I found out on my trip to Les Arcs. I would certainly use again and recommend Glisshop.

  Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses and 2 sun screen sticks. The sunglasses arrived incredibly dirty; not the cases, the glasses themselves. Not sure if they were both display for the last ten years or just stored in dodgy locations. Hope they’re genuine. Similarly, the sun screen sticks were dirty and the inside (the stick part) was also quite mucky. Not too impressed with how the products arrived, clearly no care was taken / no review of items before shipping.

  The staff were massively knowledgeable from the outset and offered valuable advice on my choice of skis which weren't as expensive as I set out and offered the same with the bindings. Really impressive. I arranged for the skis to be delivered to me in a hotel in the alps and the courier messed up. Whilst not ideal this was the fault of the shop and they organised them to be collected and then be sent to another location down the line... communication was very good and fully appreciate their help

  Id happily give 5 stars as my order was handled very quickly and delivery turned out very fast. Although I’d advise to secure products (snowboard in this case) inside the box package little better. Snowboard was loose inside, only extra small box have been placed inside to secure from board moving front to back, edges were not secured and snowboard was moving left to right inside hitting cardboard walls.
