I was a little surprised that the company appears to be in France given the .co.uk address. Needed to contact customer service as I was out of the country when my order arrived. The site clearly states orders needed to be personally 'signed for' on receipt. Fortunately, the courier either wasn't aware of or ignored these instructions and left them in a safe place. Order to delivery time was quite lengthy but overall okay service. I would use them again and would recommend

Verified reviewHonestly, this company has been superb from the moment I made my order. It was dispatched very quickly and coming from France, I was kept updated with regard to tracking. It took less than a week to arrive. Their emails are super-informative. I bought 2 of the same item to get the correct fit and returning the an order was effortless with excellent and timely instructions. I would highly recommend Glisshop and I will certainly be a returning customer. In this day and age, excellent customer service is hard to find but Glisshop managed it.
