    Our orders were shipped in two separate packages, I ordered mine on the Tuesday and they were delivered on the Wednesday. Unfortunately UPS managed to lose my husband’s skis in Southampton. Glisshop team Was fantastic, after a few backwards and forwards trying to locate where my husband skis had ended up, they cancelled the order and re-ordered with delivery to the hotel that we were heading for in Austria that weekend. The skis turned up as promised, we were really impressed with the support we got. I usually judge the quality of the company by how well they deal with issues when things go wrong, in Glisshops case we were extremely impressed.

    I bought these skis following Glissop's advice and so far have been very happy with the product and the service. For me living in France the alternative was getting the skis via Decathlon who do skis but I feel that Glissops are more specialised and more focused on skis and skiers!

    Incomplete order received, customer service useless 7 emails and 1 month later know one has come back to me with a refund or to resend lost item. Spent over £2000 in the last couple of years on skis and boots etc with this company, they don’t seem to care at all about there customers if there is an issue. Perhaps they might respond to this review but I’m not holding my breath. Use this company at your peril.

    What was delivered was empty Lange box inside a brown box. When I contacted glisshop initially they were somewhat helpful but no offer to replace goods. They would 'investigate'. I sent pictures of what I received but after two 3seems they stopped replying to emails. I had sent 3 across 3 weeks. In end I had to go via Paypal resolution centre to get my money back. I have used glisshop before but never again as clearly when there is an issue they are not interested. Avoid this company

    Glisshop is a great site, competitive prices, and helpful staff. However, very disappointed that we did not receive loyalty points on our spend of nearly £500. I have contacted them, they say they are updating their system and should receive by the end of the year - hopefully!!. Would have been nice to hear about this change before spending the money as the loyalty system works well when making other purchases throughout the year.

    I know for a fact it wasn’t because of impact damage because the board began to delaminate before any other damage was done to the board - after about 2 weeks. Also the board was not sent to the manufacturer, I still have it, so don’t lie about what you have done.

    Hello Sam, We meant that photos of the board were sent to the manufacturer. I apologize for this vocabulary mistake. The supplier didn't ask for the board back because they were able to analyze and determine the origin of the delamination with all the pictures that you provided.
