Amazing filters, and the possibility to set up a whole set of skis, bindings, and boots. Delivery estimate is exact, delivery price very low (within Europe). The only suggestion and wish I have is that the delivery is extended worldwide.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. As indicated on our website at the time of your order, we asked you to return the product at your own expense. Indeed, for certain countries, including Ireland, we are unfortunately unable to provide prepaid return labels. However, we did refund the return shipping costs you incurred on 12/03/2026 and the helmet was refunded in full on 03/04/2026. You also mention that you did not receive replies to your emails. However, we responded to all your messages within two to three days, which corresponds to our average response time during the winter season.
