Verified reviewI ordered a ski jacket for holiday over 2 weeks ago. I chose to go through glisshop as they advertised 3-5 day delivery to UK addresses, which you also have to pay on top for (which I did). Over 2 weeks later the courier still hasn't even received my parcel. After ringing glisshop the customer service team told me that it takes 10 days to deliver normally (over double the advertised time). Still it's been over two weeks and nothing. I was simply told it was unlucky and that I should order through another company if I want it to be delivered before I go on holiday (3 Weeks today delivery)

Verified reviewUsed this company because of the good price. Too good to be true as it turns out. I had a bad feeling when their first communication was detailed instructions about how to make the delivery driver wait while you refuse a delivery. Sure enough the package arrived damaged and empty. The driver handed the damaged package to my son, a minor, before departing very quickly not giving him the chance to fetch an adult. As a result my daughter didn't get a present on Christmas Day :( Despite me getting in touch promptly the company have refused to accept responsibility and have been very quiet on the question of what their courier has to say. I've had to chargeback with my credit card company. Avoid where possible and if you have to use this scam company then definitely use a card that includes some consumer protection.

Verified reviewNot particularly impressed. Customers service - not v friendly and uncooperative. Made a mistake and ordered wrong size boots. Had to pay extra £10 to return the boots and then pay more to receive correct size on an £830 order! Thought there would have been a bit of goodwill but no!
