They are really quick to respond to questions and kept me up to date wirh shipping the whole way though. The equipment arrived all in perfect time for Christmas and we are very pleased with everything that arrived. Would highly recommend using this company and would not hesitate to order from them again!

Verified reviewDelighted with my purchase and all round service from Glissshop! It was helpful & clear knowing import taxes were included for delivery to the UK so didn’t have to worry. I ordered ski’s with bindings to be pre-mounted on to boots I already own. The mounting information request was simple to fill in and understand and the boots clip in and out of the ski’s perfectly. Delivery took 2 weeks to the UK and actually arrived 1 day earlier than the estimated day. I also ordered it just before the New Year so was so happy that the postal service and cross border customs etc didn’t delay anything. The package arrived in good condition and the ski’s inside are also in brand new condition so they were handled with care

Verified reviewSo u charged me £19.99 in the promise to have the ski pants i purchased as a present arrive before Christmas! They arrived 29th Dec at 9am? The tracking label and number sent didn't work, I rang your company on 23rd and the lady while nice couldn't track the package and was absolutely no help. So all in all not a good experience since I purchased the present on your promise to have them on my board step before xmas. I had to print off a picture of the pants and give them that to show off what id bought them.. I think a refund for the postage would be a good gesture as I love store and would purchase large ticket items like the skis I bought this year from you in the future
