Verified reviewI was cautious to use Glisshop to order a surprise new snowboard for my girlfriend, as it was only a few weeks out from our trip to tignes, and knowing Glisshop is based in France, I wasn’t entirely convinced it would arrive in good time. It was despatched very quickly and arrived in around a week l, which I was extremely happy with! Unfortunately I wasn’t at home on the day it came, but my girlfriend was, and I didn’t want to ruin the surprise… fortunately, we had done some work in the garage, creating a snowboard service area, so when I told her I’d ordered some garage shelves, she wasn’t surprised when taking delivery of a large box! She was absolutely over the moon with the new snowboard, and I was extremely happy with the service from Glisshop. Clear communication and instruction, and very fast despatch. Snowboard arrived in perfect condition, well packed, and the process couldn’t have gone any better! We’re about 7 days away from our holiday to tignes, and she cannot wait to get on her new board! What a difference to her 15 year old k2 Luna!! Thanks Glisshop! 🤟🏻🏂

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Based on the information provided, the ski length is fully suitable for you. For a versatile touring ski, we generally recommend choosing a length between 5 and 15 cm shorter than your height. The ski you selected falls within this range. Verified reviewI ordered some Leki Carbon 12 3D ski poles in a 130cm length. Glisshop sent me the wrong length poles (125cm instead). Refused to exchange the poles initially and then offered a refund, but refused to refund the £20 original shipping charge. In my book, if I pay for an item, I expect that item to be delivered, or the service refunded. In this case, I am out £20, and don't have the item I ordered! Terrible customer service I'm afraid to say, and I won't be using them again for my next set of purchases.

As we no longer had the model you ordered in stock, we sent you a free return delivery label and the item has since been received and refunded. We understand your frustration over the original shipping costs and we have now refunded an additional £10 to cover the delivery. Hello and thank for taking the time to leave your feedback. As per our terms and conditions, we do provide a return delivery label, however we charge a cost of £9.99 for the return. While this may seem high, the parcel is being returned to France and we only charge of portion of the actual shipping and customs fees involved. With regard to the issue of taping the box, we ask customers not to tape the presentation box provided by the manufacturer (ie for glasses, helmets, shoes etc) so that the product can be resold. However, the instructions regarding the use of selotape obviously do not refer to the outer transport packaging. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards The Glisshop Team
