Verified reviewAlthough we did not keep our snowboard it wasn’t because it wasn’t any good it was because it didn’t fit the bindings we already had and we hadn’t realised. When I asked to return the board they were really good and efficient with good instructions and quick collection. I would definitely use them again.

Verified reviewWhilst I was delighted with Glisshop, the delivery company DPD are useless. I was informed that the skis would be delivered on Friday,so I waitin in - giving up a Ski day. Late in the afternoon they informed me that it would be Monday. I gave up another ski day on Monday, and again late into the hte afternoon I was informed that they could not deliver - again. I couldnt speak to anyone at DPD, but managed to speak to Glisshop on 2 occasions, and your staff were extremely helpful. Please engage another delivery company!!

Verified reviewMy package went missing. I tried to liaise with the courier service who would only communicate with me in French. I then raised the issue to customer service at Glisshop who say they will only refund me when I return the parcel to their warehouse. I know the representative is only following the internal process, but how a customer can be left out of pocket, without having received the goods and still be asked to 'return' the item to get a refund is beyond me. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015): The trader remains responsible for goods until they are successfully delivered to the consumer. Risk does not pass to the consumer until delivery has taken place. Where goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe (or within a reasonable period), the consumer is entitled to a full refund, and this refund cannot be made conditional on the return of goods that were never received. The delivery has not been made, the tracking information is non-functional, and the parcel is entirely unaccounted for. In these circumstances, waiting for the goods to return to your warehouse is not a viable or lawful basis to delay a refund. Companies who act "above the law" should be held to account. I will never purchase through Glisshop again - this is the law of the "lifetime value of a customer". Be better team!

Verified reviewWhen I started the order process the estimated delivery date was 2 working days. Having completed the order it was revised to over a week later with the estimated delivery date being the day before I was due to go skiing. They did turn up a few days before I left but was a bit unhappy with the process.

Verified reviewWell where do I start. I door bell rang I was so excited that the postman was stood out side with a big box. I ran to the door and it was the parcel guy, yay I shouted ! I took the box inside so excited to be able to open it and see what was inside. I put the box down on the living room carpet and went to get a pair of scissors to open up the seams. Well when I returned to my utter disappointment the box was open and my kids were delving inside. You can just imagine how disappointed I was not to be able to open the box and find my skis only to be handed them with here you go dad! The delivery was quick and the skis in perfect order, they are now fully waxed up and ready to burn mountain! ⛰️
