Verified reviewWould not accept return on unopened order which was only due to size error (correct size still needed and happy to exchange and pay difference) , refused to exchange hiding behind ‘bespoke’ fitting French legislation hidden in small print .. the website stated would accept returns .. was purchased as ‘a package’ of skis and bindings .. which would simply have been fitted anyway for another customer needing those size skis. Now have useless skis which cost £300 … terrible customer service would not ever use again.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it seems there was a mix-up in the information you were given. Only skis that have been drilled and mounted with fixed bindings according to a customer’s specific request are non-returnable. The ski model you ordered is equipped with bindings mounted on pre-installed plates and so this policy does not apply to you. We sincerely apologise for the incorrect information you received and the frustration and inconvenience this has caused. As we have informed you by phone and by email you can make a return request in your customer account and we will arrange the return of the skis. I sent several emails and was advised the skis could not be returned weeks ago when they were delivered - very unhappily but I gave them away to a friends wife who is smaller and could use them - as stated in my message at the time I could not use them - this new reply -only after you have received this review which I find very likely not a co-incidence, is of no use - I no longer have the skis. This review site states it provides honest reviews and my honest review is that this change of heart would not have come without my review. Again I am very disappointing and also out of pocket - 100% because of your mistake as admitted - if you want a better review please send me the correct skis -so I am not out of pocket.

Verified reviewI've used Glisshop three times this year and the Technical support (from France) and the general customer support (Joanna in particular) is excellent.Delivery can be a bit slow as goods are coming from France so don't expect next day deliveries. However, this is more than matched by the competitive prices.
