Verified reviewProduct and delivery were excellent. However, there were no instructions for visor removal and replacement and similarly the ear coverings. Whilst you were eventually able to help (the makers Cairn weren’t interested) I do feel you should be taking responsibility and ensure the products you sell come with adequate information. Having said that, I’ve bought from you several times and will make you my first call in the future. Regards

Verified reviewI had to wait for the helmet 3 weeks. The delivery was within the EU. The company didn’t even inform me that there is some issue until I contacted them. Overall very bad experience with the shop.

The normal delivery time for shipments to Slovenia is 7 working days. Verified reviewInitial service was good - but then I got stung with a £40 fee to return something. This wasn’t clear at the time of purchase and seems excessive compared to other European distributors. Something for others to be wary of.
