Verified reviewVery poor so far. I returned the item as it was damaged. This was an item that cost me around £250. I had an email on 5/32024 saying my return was being assessed. I have heard nothing since. This was nearly four weeks ago now. I am out of pocket £250 and I have no helmet and have had no indication if the item is being replaced or returned or I am being refunded. They have effectively stolen 250 ounces from me. I will be submitting a formal complaint and taking the matter to social media publicly if I do not hear from them in the next week. Very poor service.

I opted for the online chat, the person was very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me choose which skis would suit me as an Intermediate skier, with no desire to go off-piste. Delivery of my chosen skis was incredibly quick. Skis were and bindings were perfectly set up for me. THANKYOU.
