Verified reviewWhen looking at sizes for these boots I assumed it was in European, there was no guidance as to the unit so I was left to my own devises. When they arrived my excited was quickly diminished due to the boots being too small. I was extremely confused, so looked on the box to find the size I had opted for stated ‘JP’ meaning Japanese sizing. I was extremely unhappy with this outcome as there was no reference to this when I purchased the boots, awful website and will not be making another purchase via this shop again!

Verified reviewBeware of this company which masquerades as a UK based company. I purchased a ski helmet for my son for Christmas, which despite measuring his head prior to purchasing, arrived and was too small so had to be returned in it's original package, which was done. I paid £120, and the return refund was £80 - a charge of £40 (40% of cost). It was a lengthy process as it turned out the transaction was actually with a French company. All their email communications were from a 'noreply' email address. If you read all the small print, you can discover the true identity of this Company, but you should be aware before buying that should you need to return a purchase you will face a hefty returns fee, which I consider to be very sharp practice.

Verified reviewI placed an order for some gloves more than a month ago - there was an incident and my package was lost (as confirmed by Glisshop), however, they are still delaying refunding me because of some internal investigation - this is not how they should treat customers, withholding refunds or not sending goods to customers while they conduct their internal investigations - I would never ever use them again, just completely out of order - Renato
