    The helmet I bought was good quality and fit well. Delivery to the UK was good. It arrived in good time, maybe slightly longer than predicted. I was worried about having to return it as this is expensive from the UK so make sure that you have tried the product before you buy, if buying from uk but other than that. Good equipment and good delivery

    The skis eventually arrived after an extended time frame had passed. Customer service helpful when they responded / answered the telephone. First time customer and with the issues faced would not re-shop here again.

    I called customer service for advice on my ski purchase, and was given, quick, intelligent answers to my questions and was able to confidently make my choice. Skis arrived very quickly, with excellent tracking updates.
