Verified reviewfilled out a form before order describing my ski size and boot size and selected the option that said I want my skis to be fitted to my bindings and my bindings to be set at the size of the boots. I placed my order. 11 days later I had not received any information about my delivery so I emailed asking where they were and they then said they needed my boot size eventhough I had given them it. if I did not email I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother sending them. Then when I emailed asking where they were the person that responded was avoiding my questions and was getting quite defensive. would not recommend ordering from here if you need your item quickly

Verified reviewIncorrect postcode on package. Order held up for some time. Lack liaison from yourselves and carrier stalled things further!! What should have taken an email to correct mistake took weeks. I gave up contacting Glisshop and dealt with problem myself with DPD the end carrier. They themselves were quite un helpful. ,!but I eventually received package via a readdressing process which should have been activated by yourselves!!! Not impressed.

Verified reviewDon't expect them to package your skis well. Received mine in a broken cardboard box, with no padding/packing. Minor damage to one ski edge as a result, but not worth the hassle of returning. However, prices and product selection is good.
