Verified reviewOrdering was the easy part. Delivery time was ok. Packaging on delivery extremely damaged as not the best packaging or attention to detail for the length of journey and costs I had to pay. Part of my order was missing and this is where the problem lies. Obviously not my fault something was missing but it has now become my problem and the treatment from Glisshop has been shocking. Contacted them 2-3 times as having difficulty getting a straight answer to the issue raised & could they send my missing item. Was told, repeatedly, to request a return via their own website. Told them I’m confused as have no return to make; I just want my missing item. Insisted I make the request as told and explain the actual issue in the information box, and to include photos of my delivery package and what was inside it. Told me they’d respond asap - did everything as told. Waited a week with NO further interaction from them. Used their chat function this time to be told they can’t find my request - I’m sitting in my account on their site looking at my request made…ok. Explained the problem AGAIN. Told to wait. They came back to request the SAME INFO by email this time because they ‘made a mistake’ in their original advice and they’re ‘sorry’. Asked if they’d now send my missing item. No. They need to check with the carrier and get back to me. How long? was my question to which I received a vague response and here I am still waiting. Wholly unacceptable. My advice would be to avoid.

Verified reviewOrdered skis and binding package, which was despatched. We tracked the package, the courier never attempted delivery and updated that it had been sent back to Glisshop. Despite on line chat, email and 2 phone calls Glisshop refused to refund me, stating they wouldn't refund until they had received the skis?? My only option was to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. Absolutely appalling customer service when they knew I hadn't received the skis. They offered no apology, explanation and showed no proactive approach to resolving the issue with the courier. I would not recommend the company, I have now ordered the same ski package through a well known competitor and they were delivered within 5 working days.
