Verified reviewIt became faulty after only a few months, chest strap fell off back pack, possibly crushed in storage. Part sent over a week ago to fix the item but still not received. If you live outside France I would not order as customer service is difficult and slow when or if something goes wrong. I would not purchase again.

And the price was very competitive when I cross-shopped the skis against Blackcrows own store and alternative ski stores in the UK. Delivery information and tracking were clear, the skis arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would certainly buy from Glisshop again.

Good communication from seller and courier but the delivery was let down by stating a Friday delivery only to be changed the day before to the following Monday. This would not be such an issue if it was a free delivery but it wasn’t.
